By advertising with W.D.O.P.E. Dopetrackz Radio, you (“Advertiser”) agree to the following terms and conditions provided by Dopetrackz Publishing LLC (“Contractor”):
1. Services Provided
- Radio Advertising: Custom audio commercials aired 8 times daily (options: 60, 30, 15, or 10 seconds). Audio production available free of charge if you don’t provide a commercial.
- Website Advertising: 728×90 banner ads displayed on our official site, including a dedicated sponsor page with links to your URL.
- Social Media Promotions: Weekly posts on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok to amplify your brand.
- Video Advertising: Commercials uploaded to Dopetrackz Radio’s YouTube channel (video production available free of charge if not provided).
2. Payment Terms
- Monthly Plan: $30/month
- Annual Plan: $300/year (save $60).
Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Advertisers are responsible for providing payment via our secure platform.
3. Agreement Duration and Cancellation
This agreement is month-to-month or annual and can be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Cancellation does not affect payments already made.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship
- Dopetrackz Publishing LLC is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Advertiser.
- The Contractor may work with other clients, and its performance will not be supervised by the Advertiser.
5. Content Ownership
Any social media followers or contacts gained on the Advertiser’s own social media channels and platforms during the course of the advertising campaign remain the property of the Advertiser.
6. Confidentiality
Any proprietary or confidential information shared during this agreement will remain confidential and not be disclosed or used by either party outside of this agreement.
7. Liability
Dopetrackz Publishing LLC is dedicated to providing high-quality advertising services. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, as results may vary depending on various factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
9. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the form below and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
