THEY released their fourth studio album, “LOVE.JONES”on February 14, 2025 via drink sum wtr. It is a High-Vibrant R&B record embracing the authentic of African-American through culture, arts, and “the intense feeling of Black Love”.
“LOVE.JONES” featured 10-track project including three singles: Diamonds and Pearls, Straight Up, and Choosin’. Songwriter Drew Love and Producer Dante Jones created a smooth, future-driven sound for almost a decade. In the early days, it was basic and easy; two artists sampled the two classic throwback music: 1990s R&B – new jack swing, and neo-soul.
Jones made beats and making love on the lines – “a basic, balanced, and open-ended setup, free from major label expectations. A fresh perspective has afforded them some distance to reflect on where THEY. goes next. The answer is LOVE.JONES. Just Love and Jones, making straight-fire, love-making music indebted to the golden neo-soul era that gave us the namesake 1997 film.”
