Due to the horrific tragedy of the California Wildfires, the Weeknd officially postponed his upcoming album Hurry Up Tomorrow and canceled the album-release concert that was supposed to be held at Los Angeles County, Pasadena’s Rose Bowl.
“Out of respect and concern for the people of Los Angeles County,” said the Weeknd on Instagram, “I have decided to push the release of my album to January 31st.”
“Hurry Up Tomorrow” was originally going to be released on Friday, January 24. The album would feature the singles including “Timeless”, “Dancing in the Flames”, and “São Paulo”. Later this year, the Weeknd is well-prepared to publish the movie with the same album title with co-stars Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan.
