Burna Boy released his latest single, “Update” on February 20, 2025, via Spaceship/Bad Habit/Atlantic Records. The soothing track created foresight for his eighth upcoming studio album, “No Sign of Weakness” to reveal the shape of the African music festival when it releases this summer.
“Update” is the follow-up of Bundle By Bundle, which was released in December 2024. P2J produced this track with the appearance of a sample of Soul II Soul’s 1989 classic hit “Back to Life (However Do You Want Me)” combined with a contiguous rhythm and a vibrating groove, developing it a dance-prepared hit. UAX directed the music video, enlarging the theme of the album as Burna Boy confronted in a high-powered film series.
