Grammy Award-winning songstress Coco Jones has published her latest single, “Sweep It Up,” which was released on August 16, 2024, through High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings. The upbeat tempo and female empowerment follow her previous single, “Here We Go (Uh Oh),” which was published in May. Both singles will appear on her upcoming debut album, scheduled for release soon.
“Sweep It Up” delivers an outstanding message for players who toy with people’s emotions. It warns that someone else may step in if they cannot decide what they want in time. Coco Jones shared her excitement about the song, saying, “I am so excited to give the world an uptempo R&B bop…I’ve been waiting on this for a while.”
Courtney Jones, Lazaro Camejo, and Leon Thomas wrote “Sweep It Up.” London On Da Track, Ray Key, Jeremy “J Dot” Jones, and Cash Money AP produced the record.
