MEGAN Tracklist Revealed
Megan Thee Stallion announced the MEGAN album is only a week away from hitting streaming services. She also treated the Hotties by revealing the full tracklist for the LP.
The Houston rapper published the 18-song tracklist on social media on June 21 (Friday). The project is packed with guest appearances. Megan Thee Stallion collaborates with Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Victoria Monét on the groovy track “Spin.”
Star-Studded Guest Appearances
Megan Thee Stallion also celebrates her Houston roots by teaming up with legendary rap group UGK. It is not confirmed whether “Paper Together” features only Bun B or includes posthumous vocals from the late Pimp C, whom Megan Thee Stallion greatly admires.
Other guest appearances include her Hot Girl Summer Tour mate GloRilla, 41’s Kyle Richh, and Yuki Chiba. One of the song titles recalls a 2010s Billboard Hot 100 hit. David Guetta’s “Where Them Girls At,” featuring Nicki Minaj and Flo Rida, debuted at No. 14 on the Hot 100 chart in 2011.
A New Chapter for Megan Thee Stallion
The Houston Queen describes this album as a “rebirth” after closing the chapter on the Tory Lanez shooting incident, which resulted in his 10-year prison sentence in August 2023.
“This is music I would like if I wasn’t Megan Thee Stallion. I don’t want to say I’m tapping into other genres. I’m just tapping into other sounds. But it’s still very much Megan Thee Stallion. It won’t feel like I went so left. It’ll feel true to me,” she explained to on L’OFFICIAL.
“You’ll almost be like, ‘I wouldn’t have thought she would’ve rapped over that, but this sounds great.'”
The 29-year-old recently completed the North American leg of her Hot Girl Summer Tour with shows in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
