Doja Cat reveals about love, independence, and the adjustment in her personal life that impacted how she responds in relationships.
In the latest interview with Vogue, the 30-year-old recording artist, whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, considers herself someone who dates frequently and opens up about her admiration for a romantic relationship.
“I’m 30, so I’m ovulating and horny,” said Dlamini.
Dlamini is an outspoken person about how she reflects attraction and dating in her life. Although she maintains the same, she explains her mind has been consistently changing over the years. Therapy became a major role for her in supporting her to better learn about herself and remain strong and independent.
“I don’t know what I would’ve done without it or where I’d be without it, ”said Dlamini. “I’ve been able to see through a lot of the fog that I couldn’t see through before.”
Dlamini addressed the progress that she completed on herself and has adjusted how she handles the distance and unpredictability in relationships. Instead of penetrating for fortitude. She recently feels more confident to set herself and her significant others’ boundaries.
“This is what therapy has done for me,” said Dlamini. “It’s allowed me to be away and be at peace without being like, ‘I need tarot cards. I need an answer. Text me.’ I don’t do any of that anymore. It’s very nice.”
